Sorry to trouble you again. Apparently, my dynamic reconfigure file is not linked to the base_local_Planner 's parameters. This resulted in no changes in the performance although the changes is reflected in the terminal. Is there any ways which i can pass these changes to the base_local_planner and also import the information in the base_local_planner_params.yaml ?
