Hi,

Tried re-installing ROS and it fails:

rosinstall /usr/local/electric "http://packages.ros.org/cgi-bin/gen_rosinstall.py?rosdistro=electric&variant=desktop-full&overlay=no"

 U   /usr/local/electric/image_common
Checked out revision 38261.
Installing http://svn.pointclouds.org/ros/tags/perception_pcl-1.0.1  to /usr/local/electric/perception_pcl
svn: URL 'http://svn.pointclouds.org/ros/tags/perception_pcl-1.0.1' doesn't exist
ERROR: Failed to install tree '/usr/local/electric/perception_pcl'
 Checkout of http://svn.pointclouds.org/ros/tags/perception_pcl-1.0.1 version  into /usr/local/electric/perception_pcl failed.

I looked at the svn and I don't see the directory, so someone changed something.

there is a tag/electric, so maybe it was changed to that.
