image_common-1.1.0 has been released for the "latest" distro. This is an unstable development release preparing for the C Turtle distribution. Although this release does have breaking changes (chiefly the removal of long-deprecated methods of image_transport::SubscriberFilter), I don't expect it to break existing code.
