Hi Mike,

adding /opt/ros-tutorials to the ROS_PACKAGE_PATH should do the trick.
Just change the linke in your bashrc accordingly:
export ROS_PACKAGE_PATH=/opt/ros/stacks:/opt/ros-tutorials/ros_pkg_tutorials:/opt/ros-tutorials/ros_tutorials
