Hmm, something's going wrong with stageros.  Can you send me the exact
command line you're using to start stageros?  I'll try to reproduce
it.

It would also be helpful if you were try sysprof
(http://pr.willowgarage.com/wiki/sysprof) to get some idea of where
stageros is spending its time.

Btw, top is telling you that stageros is consuming 100% of one core.
The total usage being 19.8% suggests that you have a 4-core machine.
