Hi, I have installed Cturtle using Ubuntu lucid Lynx debs on Debian Squeeze. Since no debs for tutorials are there, I am following instructions provided on http://www.ros.org/wiki/ROS/Installation/Ubuntu/Deb ROS Ubuntu installation page . After downloading rosinstall, I am getting following output. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- nitin@tangri:~$ ~/rosinstall -o ~/ros-tutorials http://www.ros.org/rosinstalls/ros_boxturtle_tutorial.rosinstall ahhhhh got an error from the interwebs: HTTP Error 407: Proxy Authentication Required couldn't load config uri http://www.ros.org/rosinstalls/ros_boxturtle_tutorial.rosinstall --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am accessing website through a proxy. I have tried experimenting with Wget style arguments --proxy-user --proxy-password , but these are not helping. I am also getting issues with roswtf: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- nitin@tangri:/opt/ros/cturtle/stacks$ roswtf robot_model Loaded plugin tf.tfwtf Unable to load roslaunch file [robot_model]: Invalid roslaunch XML syntax: [Errno 21] Is a directory --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- how i can rectify these?
