Hi Vinay, It sounds like this is now an rviz problem. I would suggest emailing the list with rviz in the title. Josh Faust is probably the guy who can help out if there is a solution. But if you found your problem listed in Troubleshooting, there may not be much you can do other than upgrade rviz. If you can see scans with rostopic then the driver is working.
