Ugo, pr2_kinematics is still a research stack as part of the "arm_navigation" group of stacks. You can find installation instructions here: http://www.ros.org/wiki/arm_navigation These stacks are under very active development, so you'll probably see some major changes quite often. You can also install the stacks by installing the 'pr2all' variant (instead of just 'pr2'). This will give you much, much more stuff than just pr2_kinematics, though (all of it unstable). Hope this helps, Ken On Tue, Jul 13, 2010 at 8:35 AM, Ugo Cupcic wrote: > Hi, > > I wanted to implement the inverse kinematics for our arm and found this > promising tutorial: > http://www.ros.org/wiki/pr2_kinematics/Tutorials/Tutorial%201 > > > However I can't find pr2_kinematics package (though I did the rosinstall > using: ~/rosinstall ~/ros_latest > http://ros.org/rosinstalls/latest_pr2.rosinstall ) > > > I get: > $ roscd pr2_kinematics > $ roscd: No such package 'pr2_kinematics' > > > Any ideas? > > Cheers, > > Ugo > > > -- > Ugo Cupcic         |  Shadow Robot Company | ugo@shadowrobot.com > Software Engineer  |    251 Liverpool Road | > need a Hand?       |    London  N1 1LX     | +44 20 7700 2487 > http://www.shadowrobot.com/hand/              @shadowrobot > > > > _______________________________________________ > ros-users mailing list > ros-users@code.ros.org > https://code.ros.org/mailman/listinfo/ros-users >
