so I updated my system today. I had installed cturtle with prebuilt binaries on Ubuntu Lucid (10.4).

There seems to be a problem. "ros-cturtle-joystick-drivers" are available only with version 1.2.1-18~lucid, but ros-cturtle-base now depends on version 0.1.0-20~lucid.
