In order to prevent confusion the name 'latest' has been creating, the 'latest' distribution of ROS has been renamed to 'unstable'. As before, this distribution is: * not recommended for general use * may or may not contain the most recent updates * will frequently have problems due to active development * will likely be out-of-sync with documentation We will soon be removing SVN externals and rosinstall files for latest in order to prevent any confusion with this.
