Shahmi, That's ok - that package is hard to find, as it lives somewhere in one of my colleague's SVN branches :) You need to use: $ svn co https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/stacks/pr2_common_actions/branches/vijay/pr2_tilt_laser_interface pr2_tilt_laser_interface right now, until that package gets moved.
