hi Tinne,

That file was removed in favor of download_unpack_build.mk
(http://www.ros.org/wiki/mk#A3rdparty_code.2C_from_tarball).  The
difference is that it downloads and unpacks in the 'build'
subdirectory, for easier stripping later.
