REP 101, ROS 1.4 Release Schedule, has been posted. This is an
Informational REP that provides a tentative feature list and release
schedule for ROS 1.4. In the future, we hope to enable more community
participation in planning upcoming ROS features. In this case, the ROS
1.4 release schedule was set prior to the creation of the REP process,
thus the REP is marked as "Accepted."
