Hello, has anyone stumbled across the GSCAM_CONFIG needed to access stored
media at the right frame rate?  
I cobbled together the value below and was able to get test.mov to play but
I can't figure out how to control the playback frame rate.  (I'm not sure if
it matters but it didn't matter if avidemux was used either.


filesrc location=test.mov ! qtdemux name=demux demux.video_00 ! decodebin  !
ffmpegcolorspace  ! video/x-raw-rgb ! identity name=ros ! fakesink
