Reasonable people can disagree on an appropriate posting style (e.g.,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posting_style).  I agree with you in
preferring interleaved posting over top posting.  But it's not helpful
to scold people about it.  I'd rather everyone feel free to
participate in the discussion than be concerned over whether they
might offend someone's sense of aesthetics.
