hello all,

I get an error message when i start launching face detector

roslaunch face_detector face_detector.wide.launch 

starting new master (master configured for auto start)

libdc1394 error: Failed to initialize libdc1394

[ INFO] [1289827992.907481864]: Subscribed to the person filter messages.

I found similar error in forum but could not get much benefit out of it.an
Any solution to this?

I tried load a module also,
sudo modprobe raw1394

ls -la /dev/raw1394 
output:
crw-rw---- 1 root root 171, 0 2010-11-15 18:34 /dev/raw1394
