It seems that the rules for this year doesn't permit the use of any external
laptop or desktop devices. 

I just wanted to ask about the method for connecting the ROS installed on my
laptop to the Robotino; to be able to retrieve the camera stream for example
from the Robotino camera on my laptop.

i mainly use the rviz package, using the following commands:

roscore
rosrun rviz rviz
