I just noticed that the repository indexer was indexing win-ros-pkg
somewhat strangely and after digging around a bit, realise its
probably because of the stacks layout that I was using. I'd just
followed the wg-ros-pkg layout, but neglected to realise the externals
setup for the indexer. I've since added that so it should work
properly now, but probably it needs the index updated (?) to

  http://win-ros-pkg.googlecode.com/svn/tags/latest/
