Hi Dominique, Thanks for your e-mail. For rosdep compatibility on various platforms, we generally ask that users submit patches to add compatibility for platforms they are working on. We only add in entries for packages that people have personally verified work. You can submit patches for simulator_gazebo, physics_ode, and common here: https://code.ros.org/trac/ros-pkg You can submit patches for ros here: https://code.ros.org/trac/ros cheers, Ken On Wed, Apr 20, 2011 at 2:26 AM, Dominique Martinet wrote: > Hi, > > I have installed ros recently and I was wondering if there is any reason > not to provide a package name for debian for the following program > dependancies: > ./simulator_gazebo/rosdep.yaml: yaml > ./ros/rosdep.yaml: intltool > ./physics_ode/rosdep.yaml: libx11 > ./common/rosdep.yaml: uuid > > I've only run into the last one so far while building the required > packages on the wiki's tutorial about stage and navigation stack: > http://www.ros.org/wiki/move_base_stage/Tutorials/stage%20and%20navigation%20stack > > but I believe putting here the same package as for ubuntu (respectively > libyaml-dev, intltool, libx11-dev, and uuid-dev) would probably do. > > > Thank you for your time, > Dominique Martinet | Asmadeus > _______________________________________________ > ros-users mailing list > ros-users@code.ros.org > https://code.ros.org/mailman/listinfo/ros-users >
