There was some recent ros-users discussion about extending the
camera_info_manager by substituting the camera name and perhaps other
parameters in the URL string.

This seems like a good idea. Getting it reviewed, coded and documented
in time for Electric Emys will require fast action, however. So, I
would like to get everyone's comments in time to close the review on
Monday June 13th.
