I maintain some stacks that are currently released as 1.7.x versions.
My understanding of the odd/even stack version policy suggests I need
to make 1.8.0 releases for Fuerte:

Is that correct?

The only reason to release camera_drivers would be to update the
version number. There is no longer any code in that package, as all
the drivers were moved to separate stacks for Fuerte.

Should this be done before final freeze?
