I copied the proposed changes from the Fuerte "maybe next release"
section. None of that is decided, but it makes a good starting point
for discussion.

Meetings and discussion can be held on the ros-sig-drivers mailing list.

I am willing to act as coordinator again, but will gladly step aside
if someone else volunteers.
