Hi, There is also the lidar from the Neato XV-11 robot vacuum but you have to find a working one and add a board to drive the motor. There is a ROS driver: http://wiki.ros.org/xv_11_laser_driver It is not the simplest but by far the cheapest Lidar I found. More infos here: https://xv11hacking.wikispaces.com/LIDAR+Sensor Regards, Romain Le 15/09/2015 13:41, Jake Angulo via ros-users a écrit : > Hi All, > > I am currently prototyping a home-utility robot as POC (to be > industrialized), and need a really cheap Lidar that has at least been > proven to work with ROS. > > Im using ROS on top of Raspberry Pi 2. > > (im currently looking at lidar lite 2 and rp-lidar, but im not so sure > as i cant see any ROS project featuring those) > > > Any ideas pls? > > > Rgds, > > > Jake > > > _______________________________________________ > ros-users mailing list > ros-users@lists.ros.org > http://lists.ros.org/mailman/listinfo/ros-users > _______________________________________________ ros-users mailing list ros-users@lists.ros.org http://lists.ros.org/mailman/listinfo/ros-users
