I'm leaving OSRF, so I'm handing over the responsibility of Kinetic to
Jackie Kay.

Thanks Jackie for stepping up and becoming the new ROS boss for
Kinetic, I'm sure you're going to do an excellent job!

As for me, I'll still be part of the ROS community. I'll definitely
stick around, especially in ros-sig-ng-ros and the rosjava sig.
