vdiluoffo November 17 Hi, A couple of questions: 1) I'm looking to see when gazebo/turtlebot_simulator would be supported by ROS 2. I saw that ROS 2 beta in dec will not have it. 2) I was looking at the gazebo_ros_pkgs and wasn't sure if this is a migration to ROS 2 or something more. Could you please comment? I saw that in the plugins directory that some of the functions aren't supported in ROS2 common interfaces or have been redesigned e.g. dynamic reconfiguration, nodelet, etc 3) Is there a description of work effort for the support and if anyone else is interested (potential collaboration)? 4) In ROS 2 the turtlebot demo supports only astra's camera and inorder to support asus camera. Should the same be used; Astra driver: we forked and ported the existing ROS 1 package (there's no roscpp-independent package separation).?
