Long overdue updates for URDF Tutorials. Thanks primarily to new URDF/configs produced by @Paul_Bovbel there's a new ROS-centric tutorial on [Using a URDF in Gazebo](http://wiki.ros.org/urdf/Tutorials/Using%20a%20URDF%20in%20Gazebo).
