Hi pitosalas, while not exactly the same specs as Turtlebot, I am working on a ROS + OpenCV Raspberry Pi based robot kit called ROSbots - www.rosbots.com. It is a differential drive robot that has a camera, wheel encoders, and a motor driver, and off course runs ROS and OpenCV pre-installed. Would that fit your needs?
