That's a good idea. After some searching it does appear that Discourse [supports that](https://meta.discourse.org/t/pre-moderation-plugin/14801/5). Though you need to search for "approve" not "approval" I've adjusted it so that new topics for trust level 0 will require approval. `approve new topics unless trust level` to 1 --- [Visit Topic](https://discourse.ros.org/t/trust-levels-with-discourse/98/6) or reply to this email to respond.
