Dear all,

According to "Guidelines for mailing list messages", I understand that general 
debugging/programming questions should not be posted here. 


However, I want to know whether we can ask questions about a particular code 
segment within a package in this mailing list. 

For example, the logic behind a code segment, usage of a particular private 
function or what it does etc.
This will immensely help saving time to understand the code.
