yes, was problem of the route, now is working but I have now another problem
with the dimension of the model:

the model made in sketchup have the same dimension that the model from
example urdf_tutorial, I mean length 0.6 meters and radios 0.2 meters.

the base link:
  <link name="base_link">
    <visual>
      <geometry>
        <cylinder length="0.6" radius="0.2"/>
      </geometry>
      <material name="blue">
        <color rgba="0 0 .8 1"/>
      </material>
    </visual>
  </link>

but in rviz I see a big cylinder much more bigger than the base_link.......
