Yes, I can found it in the
terminal: /opt/ros/diamondback/stacks/ipc-bridge/ipc_bridge_stack/ipc/lib/libipc.so
And also have it in Matlab path:

/opt/ros/diamondback/stacks/ipc-bridge/ipc_bridge_stack/ipc/lib/libipc.so
