Hello all,

We have couple new stacks repositories at RCPRG, and i would like them
added to indexer.
I have prepared rosinstall file for all of our repositories, which could
replace RCPRG-ros-pkg.rosinstall<https://code.ros.org/svn/ros/stacks/rosorg/trunk/rosdoc_rosorg/repos/RCPRG-ros-pkg.rosinstall>and
simplify addition of new ones by hosting it in our github repo.
