Hi Everyone.

We are converging on the ROS Groovy release.  ROS Groovy Beta 3 is
available now from the public apt repositories.  For installations see:
http://www.ros.org/wiki/groovy/Installation

This brings us to over 450 packages building on all 6 supported Ubuntu
distro arch combinations.

There are also new source based installation instructions:
http://www.ros.org/wiki/groovy/Installation/Source  These have been tested
on Ubuntu and OSX.  It would be great to get more testing on other
platforms.  The most common issue expected to be encountered on other
platforms will be missing rosdep definitions.  Documentation for how to
contribute rules can be found at:
http://ros.org/doc/api/rosdep2/html/contributing_rules.html

We are waiting on a couple of packages to be patched and are working hard
on documentation. Our milestone for the release can be seen at:
