In the next few hours probably not.  We like to provide soak time in the
shadow-fixed repository to allow early adopter testing before syncing to
the public repo.  If you have specific request or want to start a
discussion please use ros-release@code.ros.org.  We use that list to manage
the releases when there are issues.
