This is an announcement that common_msgs 1.1 has been released. 

It includes the new message sensor_msgs/PointCloud2  http://www.ros.org/doc/api/sensor_msgs/html/msg/PointCloud2.html  Changelist details at http://www.ros.org/wiki/common_msgs/ChangeList

This is the first step toward the C-Turtle distribution.  All changes in the 1.1 series are unstable until released in the 1.2 branch.  For more information about version number policies see http://www.ros.org/wiki/StackVersionPolicy  It is recommended to keep using the 1.0 branch in Boxturtle.
