Compressed bags are a new feature in C-turtle ROS.  The decompress command does not exist in Boxturtle's rosbag.

In any case, rosbag info is the command you want to use to list the topics in a bag.

I have installed ros following the ros document.
Now I have a bag file needed to parse. Since it is said that the decompress
command of rosbag package  can get topic information from bag, so I install
the rosbag package, but no decompress command found.
Maybe my ros isn't the newest. Does anyone know the reason?  And what should
I do? Thank you.
