Diagnostics 1.2 is out for cturtle.Diagnostics hasn&#39;t had a lot of changes since boxturtle, but we&#39;ve added a couple new features:<br><ul><li>Robot monitor/runtime monitor work as rxbag plugins (Experimental)</li><li>
