I was looking for the list of materials a few days ago too. I found them, but it&#39;s kind of a pain to dig through that file.<div><br></div><div>I added a tutorial page to the wiki that contains just the list of materials extracted from the file John referenced. I&#39;m sure it will change from time to time but hopefully people find it useful to have the list online.</div>
