<br>For the last line error, I tried $ rosmake --preclean-rviz ; as I noticed this here <a href="https://code.ros.org/discuss/ros-users/browse_frm/thread/908/3292">https://code.ros.org/discuss/ros-users/browse_frm/thread/908/3292</a> but still getting the same.<br>
