I am attempting to install a copy of ROS using rosinstall. Certain hg<br>
repositories randomly deny access, requesting a username and password.<br>

the reason for this? I am running Ubuntu 11.04 on omap4 (ARM). I<br>
understand that ROS on ARM may not be stable, but I am not even able<br>
to download the code.<br>
