If you are using Ubuntu you should open a terminal, navigate to a directory you want the code to be downloaded to and type

svn checkout https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/branches/trunk_cturtle/sandbox/arduino/

If you don't have svn, download it via the package manager.

If you are using Windows, switch to Ubuntu.
:D Just joking, you should use TortoiseSVN with Windows.

I want to use an ethernet connection instead of a serial connection to my arduino mega 2560.

I know there is a package that does this but i don't know how to download it.

Here is the link to the source:
https://code.ros.org/svn/wg-ros-pkg/branches/trunk_cturtle/sandbox/arduino/

is it downloadable as one file?
