You have to update the groovy.yaml file in the ros/rosdistro repository with the version you want built. This allows us to hold off building new versions of things temporarily or roll back the version being built on the farm.
There have been two releases made to joystick_drivers [1] over the past month that still don't seem to have made it into the pipe [2].
