So I'm not sure why, but the tarball for the sources is being generated with different md5sums for oneiric vs precise and quantal, as such the first upload(oneiric) passes, but the successive ones collide. 

Are there expecte/known differences in the source tarballs?

Most of the "console output" pages mention a checksum problem, with perhaps some confusion between the current libfreenect-0.1.2-4 release and the previous version 0.1.2-3.
