I just released a bug fix version of bloom, 0.4.5.

There are note worthy changes in this version:

- Added checks for rosdistro version to help with the REP-0141 rollout
- Python2/3 bilingual support, so bloom should be installable and usable
with Python3

Expect another patch release soon (0.4.6) to support REP-0141, and then a
new minor release soon after that with some improvements and features
(0.5.0).
