We are in the process of rolling out REP-0141 (
http://www.ros.org/reps/rep-0141.html) in preparation for the spin up of
the Indigo farm.

Some time today or tomorrow we will be doing the switch in the rosdistro
repository (http://github.com/ros/rosdistro). During this time tools like
bloom and rosinstall_generator might not work. We will send another email
to let people know when we start the process and when we have finished.
