Unfortunately, that (willowgarage.com being down) is not something anyone on ros-user's likely has control over, and at least for OSRF I can say we have no control over this. We can try to poke personal contacts about the status, but I would imagine it is likely accidental that it is down and there is no one left keep it fixed.
