Who controls the ros.org domain name? In addition to answers.ros.org and
wiki.ros.org, there might be value in opening up the ROS.org brand to other
tools and websites. Particularly, I think it would be legitimizing for
http://rosindex.github.io/ to exist at index.ros.org instead.
