Hi everyone, it has been almost a year since I first mentioned Phobos on this list, a tool to build robot (URDF) models in Blender, developed at the University of Bremen / DFKI Bremen. We've come a long way since then and hope to soon start working on a number of issues less specific to our purposes and more universally relevant for working with URDF. You can find Phobos on GitHub: https://github.com/rock-simulation/phobos So I was wondering if there is enough interest for this topic that people would like to hear more about it at ROSCon in October and whether a talk would be the right format or if something like a Birds-of-a-Feather session might be more useful for people. So, please let me know your thoughts, I'll try my best to make it to ROSCon with a bundle of helpful input for everyone. Cheers, Kai -- Kai von Szadkowski (M.Sc.)
