The previous sync introduced two known regressions:
* Python 3 compatibility in `genpy` (https://github.com/ros/genpy/pull/63#commitcomment-19468990)
* `rostopic -p` (https://github.com/ros/ros_comm/issues/915)

I plan to release both repos early next week.
