ros_control hasn't been released yet for indigo, which is blocking indigo release of gazebo_ros_pkgs. It builds on my saucy machine, so I think it may be close to ready.

We are thinking about splitting gazebo_ros_pkgs into separate git repositories to simplify the release process for gazebo_msgs, gazebo_ros, and gazebo_plugins.
